Formosa Apartments in Wheeling

Sitting across the street from St. Joseph Cathedral, this four-story, neo-classical apartment complex was designed by Wheeling architect Frederick F. Faris and built in 1900 by Rev. John J. Kain & Rev. Patrick J. Donahue.
