Harold E. Vitalie Auditorium
The Library's Harold E. Vitalie Auditorium is available for large groups of up to 120 people. 12 round tables are provided for seating. Four additional rectangular tables are provided for speakers, displays, and extras.
In 2018, an American flag and a West Virginia Flag were donated to the Library by the Wheeling Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution and the Fort Henry Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, making the Auditorium available for use for civic organization.
