FLOUR AND MEAL
M.& J. Pollack, proprietor of the Pacific mills, a monster establishment on the corner Market and Fourteenth streets filled up with the latest roller process machinery, grind wheat flour and corn meal. The Wheeling City mills, on Twenty-ninth street, is operated by William Dougherty, who grinds rye flour exclusively. The situation is a good one for flouring mills, the rich agricultural region around affording an ample supply of grain of all kinds.
