Riverboat Ben Hur

A sternwheel packet, the "Ben Hur" was built at Marietta in 1887. From 1888 to 1909,she went into the Pittsburgh and Parkersburg trade as a regular packet. Sold to interests on the Mississippi River in June of 1909, she ultimately sunk at Duckport, Mississippi in March 1916.
