PLEASE NOTE: The Main Parking Lot at the Library Will Be Closed Monday, November 18

The main parking lot of the Library will be closed for a repaving project, Monday, November 18, 2019. If you plan on visiting the Library on the 18th, please use the side parking lot, across Eoff St. from Wheeling Clinic. The Library's main lot will reopen for public use on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.
