Eli Lambie Returns to Lunch with Books with Wheeling Songs and More

Eli Lambie returned to Lunch with Books on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. The large crowd enjoyed Lambie's original songs and renditions of  "Wheeling" related songs originally written or recorded by other artists. Wheeling Back to Wheeling, originally recorded by Doc Williams and the Border Riders, was the first song performed. Many in the audience recognized the cover of Neil Sedaka's, Wheeling, West Virginia. Lambie also performed original songs, including West Virginia Home, which has been acclaimed throughout the state. 

Lambie is a singer/songwriter, pianist, and educator. He is the leader of the supergroup, "Eli and the Mojo Kings," and also plays with Hit Play and the Wheeling Symphony. 

Lambie will be joined by his band, the Mojo Kings, and Isaiah Keez for the Wheeling Symphony's upcoming Celebrate America: 4th of July Tour. Tour stops are scheduled for:

July 2, 2022 - 8:00 pm- Veterans Memorial Amphitheater, Clarksburg, WV

July 3, 2022 - 3:00 pm- Canaan Valley Resort Canaan Valley, WV

July 4, 2022 - 8:00 pm - Heritage Port, Wheeling, WV
