Don't have an Ohio County Public Library card? Find out how you can get one. 

NOTE: OCPL is currently offering temporary internet-only library cards for patrons in our service area who wish to access our digital collections. These cards need to be updated by bringing proof of residence into the Library if patrons wish to borrow physical materials.
