Harvest Program - Seed Swap

Seed Swaps are designed to build community among gardeners,  as well as to grow a collection of local and heirloom seeds for the community. The Ohio County Public Library will offer its third Seed Swap Monday, October 7th from 6:30pm to 8pm. There will be light refreshments,  information tables including GrowOV, the Ohio County Solid Waste Authority, the Master Gardeners, and the Wheeling Tree Board. Plus,  opportunities to win some fantastic raffle prizes! You could win a harvest basket, gardener's tool set, soil tester and pruning shears, gardening journal and gardening gloves, or a garden kneeler. Admission to this event is a seed donation to the library for our Seed Library, and bring plenty of seeds to swap! We hope to see you there!
