NOTE OUR ABOUT WHEELING ILLUSTRATEDS: 
The library's collection includes volumes three, four, five, six, eight and nine. Each volume includes part of complete story of Wheeling's history. If anyone has any information about this Wheeling Illustrated series, we are actively seeking volumes one, two and seven to complete the text.

The "Wheeling Illustrated" volumes are part of the OCPL's Archives and Special Collections. The physical collection is available for viewing by appointment only.
